TWO MEN IN A BOAT: Simon Hart MP is pictured enjoying a boat ride with Towy Boat Club's chairman Hamish Laughland at the club's annual open day.

The Open Day at the club boathouse near Llansteffan took place to coincide with high tide and club members took visitors out for rides in the Towy estuary on craft varying from dainty Lotus motor boats to large sailing vessels.

"It was a beautiful evening and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Llansteffan castle and the estuary from such a different angle," said Mr Hart.
