Simon Hart MP has set up a new constituency office – slap bang in the middle of his Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire constituency.

The new office on Whitland's main shopping street is open five days a week and will also serve as a centre for his advice surgeries.

"I am delighted to be setting up in such a central location," said Mr Hart, who lives near Narberth.

"With its good road and rail links it is ideal for people to pop in to see me, whether they live in Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire.

"I shall also be holding regular surgeries at either end of both counties so nobody should have to travel too far if they want to see me."
